About

A store that keeps its own stock correct.

Most people selling business documents sell you a file and walk away. It starts going out of date the day you download it and nobody tells you. We took the opposite job: the official pages a document is built on get read on a schedule, and when one moves, the document is rewritten and the new copy appears in your account. Free, however long ago you bought it.

58documents finished and for sale

59 are written and every one is finished — one of them is free. We are not going to inflate a catalogue by counting things nobody can have.

104departments, most of them opening

A department with nothing in it says opening and carries no price. The store reads as complete before it is full, without pretending stock exists.

109official sources in the registry

Federal OSHA, state agencies, county clerks, the FDA and USCIS — the actual pages named inside the documents, not a crawl of the internet. Last read 22 September 2026. Alongside them sit 5 reference sources, counted separately and never called official: published pages about custom, cited where there is no rule to cite.

The one measurement we have

8 sources — 7 federal OSHA regulation pages plus Michigan MIOSHA, fetched and hashed end to end — fetched and hashed end to end in 0.46 seconds on 2026-07-27, by AxeCap internal engineering run.

The same pages returned byte-identical bodies across repeat fetches, which is what makes change detection trustworthy rather than noisy.

One measurement, on our hardware, on that date. It is not a service-level promise and network conditions vary.

What we will never say

  • That you are compliant. We are not lawyers, we do not represent you, and no agency has reviewed anything here. We report what we checked and when.
  • That a document is approved. No regulator approves commercial paperwork. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a feeling.
  • That someone else will accept it. A general contractor or an insurer makes their own decision and we cannot control it.
  • That we are the cheapest. Free templates exist and we will say so. What free will not do is stay current or get edited to fit your business.

Who you are dealing with

Simply Digital is a small company. Documents are written and checked by people, and a person reads every support message. That is a limit as much as a feature and we would rather you knew it before you bought than after.

Write to info@simplydigital.net and a person answers. Security problems go to security@simplydigital.net and we will thank you, not threaten you.
