Exactly what we hold, what we never do with it, and how to get it deleted.
What we hold
Your name, your business name, your email, your state and trade, how many people work for you, what you have bought, and when. That is the whole list.
We keep it to give you your documents, to let you back into your account, and to work out which official sources are worth watching on your behalf.
What we never do
We do not sell your information and we do not trade it. Payment card details never touch our servers — the payment processor handles those and we never see the number.
Getting a copy, or getting rid of it
Ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete your account, from your settings page or by writing to us. A person does the deletion by hand and writes to you when it is done. We are not going to pretend there is a button that does it instantly when there is not.
If you are in the EU or the UK, or in a US state with a privacy law like California's, those rights are yours by law and we honour them regardless of where you are.
The 14-day cancellation right
Because a download cannot be un-downloaded, EU and UK law lets you agree to give up the 14-day cancellation right in exchange for getting the file immediately. That is what the checkbox at checkout is for, and we spell it out there rather than burying it here.
Security
Documents are delivered inside your account, not by public links that can be forwarded. Forms are protected by an invisible bot check and rate limits. If you find a security problem, tell us — we will thank you, not threaten you.
