I do not know what this actually is

Before anything else: what lands in your hands, and how fast.

What am I actually buying?: A finished document you can use the same day — not a blank template you have to fill in. You get it as a Word file you can edit and a PDF you can print or email. Your business name is already on it.
Can I see it before I pay?: Yes. Every product has a real preview you can page through. It carries a large watermark across it, so you can read what you are getting but cannot use it for free.
How fast do I get it?: If it is in the store, immediately after you pay — it lands in My Account and downloads right away. If we do not carry it yet and it is a single document, we build it and put it in your account within 24 hours.
Do I have to make an account?: Yes, and it is the point. Your account is where your documents live, where the updated versions arrive, and where you ask for a free edit. Nothing is hidden behind a raw link that anyone could forward.

What happens when what you need is not quite what is on the shelf.

What if you do not have what I need?: Then we build it. Type what you need in plain words. You will never see a dead end that says no results — you will see either the document or an offer to make it.
Will you change the document to fit my business?: Two different things, and this is where stores usually contradict themselves, so plainly: broken or wrong, we fix it free — for everyone. A file that is the wrong one, will not open, or does not match this page is on us, at no cost, member or not. Fitting the document to how your business actually works is either a member benefit, unlimited as part of the $30/month, or a $49 one-time edit for non-members, back to you within 2 business days.
Will this get accepted by whoever is asking for it?: We build the document around what reviewers commonly ask for, and we cannot control someone else's decision. Anyone who guarantees acceptance is not telling you the truth.

Refunds, fixes, and what we do when the mistake is ours.

Do you give refunds?: No, and we say so plainly before you buy — you tick a box confirming it. The reason is simple: once a document is downloaded it cannot be returned. Instead of money back, you get the thing you actually wanted, which is a document that fits. Tell us what is wrong and we fix it right away at no cost.
Why are you cheaper than the other guys?: Because we are not paying a consultant to assemble each one by hand. We are also honest that free templates exist. What free will not do is stay current, arrive already finished, or get edited for you when your business changes.
Someone shared a document with me. Can I use it?: Every file carries the buyer's business name and a quiet code, so a forwarded copy is visibly theirs, not yours. It also stops updating the moment it leaves their account — which in regulated paperwork is worse than having nothing.

Updates, versions, and whether any of it is compulsory.

What happens when a rule changes?: We rewrite the document and put the new copy in your account. You do not pay again. This is for everyone who buys, member or not, for as long as we sell that document. No competitor does this — they sell you a file and it starts going out of date the day you download it.
How do I know my copy is the current one?: Open My Account. Each document shows the version you hold and whether a newer one is waiting. If one is, the row turns red and there is a button to get it.
Is the membership required?: No. You can buy any single document without a membership, at the same price a member pays, and you still get updates forever. There is no member discount — the membership is not money off. It adds three things: we rework any document you own to match how your business actually runs, as often as you like; your business details come already filled in on every document you buy; and we check the official rules behind them every day. Without it, a tailored edit is $49 each, back within 2 business days.

What we never claim, who has reviewed it, and what happens to your information.

Is this legal advice?: No. We give you finished paperwork and name the source it is based on, with the date it was checked. We are not lawyers, we do not represent you, and we never tell you that you are compliant. Read what you buy and adapt it to your site.
What do you do with my information?: We keep what is needed to give you your documents and nothing else. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete your account and we will.
