What you are buying

A finished business document, delivered as a Word file you can edit and a PDF you can print. It is based on published sources, and each product names the source and the date it was checked.

We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. We do not represent you. We never tell you that you are compliant, and we cannot promise that any third party — a general contractor, an insurer, an inspector, a review platform — will accept a document. Anyone who promises you that is not being straight with you. Read what you buy and adapt it to your actual site and business.

Updates after you buy

When the rules behind a document change, we rewrite it and put the new copy in your account. You do not pay again. This applies to everyone who buys, member or not, for as long as we sell that document. If we ever stop selling it, we tell you and you keep every version you already have.

Your copy is yours — and it is marked

Every file carries your business name and a quiet reference code. Use it in your business as much as you like. You may not resell it, republish it, or pass it off as a template of your own. A forwarded copy is traceable to the account that bought it.

What we monitor, and what that is not

Membership means the specific official pages named inside the documents you own are read on a schedule, and a change is turned into a rewritten document. It is not a legal review of your business, it is not a guarantee that we will catch everything, and it is not advice about what you should do in response.

Ending it

You can close your account or cancel a membership yourself at any time, without asking us. Cancelling stops the daily rule-checking; it never takes away a file you have bought.
