Check a document
Is this one of ours, and is it current?
Type the code printed in the footer. You get what the document is, which release it is, and the day we last read the official sources named inside it. We report what we checked and when. We do not certify anything and we do not speak for any agency.
What this desk can and cannot tell you
- It can tell you the document is ours. The code, the release and the date its listed sources were last read all come from our own record of that document.
- It cannot tell you the document is right for a particular job.Scope is on the document's own page, including what it deliberately leaves out.
- It does not approve anything. No agency has reviewed these documents, and nothing on this page should be read as if one had.
