No. Section 11 is read aloud and initialled before the work: no promise that any scratch, swirl mark, oxidation, stain or smell will be gone, and no undertaking to put right damage the business did not cause.
Section 8 records how many keys or fobs were handed over, what was on the keyring, who received them and when, where they are kept and who has access, and whether a keyless system, alarm or tracker needs attention.
